let me start by saying HI and i seriously hope that not too many people are reading this blog of mine. its coming to 2 years old...and everytime i blog,it actually reflects the state of mind i am at.I once updated this blog at a time i had amnesia, a clash of reflective thinking and perceptions i once had..

Firstly, i am pleased to have completed my national service, 1 year 10 months..felt short actually..to the rest of my condemns..ORD OH! we will see each other soon.

Secondly, i been waiting for competition season for 5 months ever since the new year..and it begins 13-17 May.. Sijori Championships 2009! well,best of luck to everyone in the national team. After that, to defend my national championship title for the Nationals 2009..and plenty more of physique competitions. :) I live for this shit....to exceed myself and bring out the best in me..
