let me start by saying HI and i seriously hope that not too many people are reading this blog of mine. its coming to 2 years old...and everytime i blog,it actually reflects the state of mind i am at.I once updated this blog at a time i had amnesia, a clash of reflective thinking and perceptions i once had..

Firstly, i am pleased to have completed my national service, 1 year 10 months..felt short actually..to the rest of my condemns..ORD OH! we will see each other soon.

Secondly, i been waiting for competition season for 5 months ever since the new year..and it begins 13-17 May.. Sijori Championships 2009! well,best of luck to everyone in the national team. After that, to defend my national championship title for the Nationals 2009..and plenty more of physique competitions. :) I live for this shit....to exceed myself and bring out the best in me..

Thank you for accepting Client B1 into your program. Client B1 is a 20 yr old male cyclist for Australia, who fell whist competing at an international road race 7 weeks ago and sustained a colles fracture of the right forearm (radius and ulna 2 cm proximal to wrist). The fracture was non-displaced and healed well with immobilisation (complete plaster) for six weeks. It is now seven weeks post injury and the physiotherapist reports nil swelling and slighty reduced (pain-free) range of radio-ulna and carpal movement. The client describes tenderness when the area is palpated and when bearing down on handlebars of bike (ie with wrist in extension). I have noticed significant forearm muscle atrophy due to the period of immobilisation. Please rehabilitate for return to full training as soon as possible,

5 Months left to ORD.. Summary of 1 year 5 months in NS.. My life totally changed from a different perspective.. I seen things that really made an impact on my life..Fires,Suicide Cases,Vehicle Accidents..yes..as such..i never wanted to be responsible for saving lives as i never thought i would shoulder this responsibility...but it's bestowed upon me..and yes..i will continue making use of it..fact is that,nobody is perfect,not every fire can be put out..not every live can be saved..we never wanted to be heroes..we just did our duty..i am proud to be a fireman..

2004-2008...that's how long i waited...2008 had to be the year..i trained so hard for it..i didn't care who i had to face...i just knew thatin 2008,i would surpass and be the best in Singapore and to win that long coveted Gold medal for the National Championships.The pain of losing 4 finals for 4 years in a row..that was heartbreaking and tormenting,but the fact is that i never gave up..and i'm glad its finally over..i am no longer a runner up,not 2nd to anyone...i am now a champion.. i would like to take this time to thank God , my family for being there throughout this 4 years to support me in whatever i did..whatever endeavours i chose to pursue..and this year is really special because i felt that there's a certain someone who was there to bring me peace...and i share my victory with her..like they say behind every successful man,there's a woman...thank you baby for being there for me to see me win 2 of my most important matches in my whole life....and now..on towards joining back the national team and going to Sea Games..wish me luck people..

6 months has passed and from recruits..we have became firefighting and rescue sargeants.The 6 months spent in the academy has been exceptionally tough with all the training we had but we were there for one another not only in times of laughter and joy but in pain.We shed blood,tears and sweat together as one.26th ERS will forever be known as the most stubborn and defiant ERS squad ever.Together we overcame the odds and now..i'm proud to say i have known this guys as my brothers.Congratulations to all my members of my condemned squad..we were loved by few,hated by many but we were respected by all.Good luck to all of you for the future.

Facts on Civil Defence Life

Fact#1
Which ever ****** who said that Civil Defence was 'slack' ought to be shot..Firefighting is much more tougher than what the army or the police do..Firefighter Training is much worse than commando training..on the average,out of 20 people..7 will faint in every training session.

Fact#2
Many people look down on the Civil Defence as they say it's for 'matreps'.For your information,these 'matreps' are the ones saving your lives or loved ones in times of danger.The army and police train for war and fighting but hey..wasn't the last war fought many many years ago?

Never challenge your superiors no matter what...500+ pushups a day and 3-4 rounds around the academy doesn't really sound that cool...

Our uniforms are seriously supercool and erm..haha...the gals love it..

In a continuation of my post on the bermuda triangle which ultimately leads to the lost empire,Atlantis.Many believe that the story was inspired by catastrophic events which may have destroyed the Minoan civilization on Crete and Thera. Still others maintain that the story is an accurate representation of a long lost and almost completely forgotten land.Will we know the exact truth? Up till today..many false misintepretations exist.Getting straight to the point,my opinions on where atlantis was located was not below the atlantic ocean or in any of the european continets but below seas around Indonesia as a site for Atlantis, which was a large unsubmerged plain known as Sundalan which ended around 10,000 BC, and connected also to Indonesia. People...tell me...where have you heard of tales regarding mermaids? Loch ness monsters? Sea witches? Sirens? this beings all exist in the sea..and Indonesia fits in like a tight sock to the feet.My opinion..below indonesia lies the lost city Atlantis and those beings or creatures rise up at times to expose themselves to the public.Regarding the sinking of atlantis beneath the sea? Maybe it really does contain a mystical vortex that sucks people down into a third dimension??

The last opinion about being a mystical vortex that sucks down into a third dimension could be the closest answer we could ever have towards this phenomena..Nobody lived to tell the tale,and presumably if they did,they were just liars as the vortex is so strong that it sucks anything that even dared ventured that close to it. The question is ... what was the third dimension that was being described? My opinion...Atlantis...the lost city... there will definitely be people who challenge my thinkings and its okay as this is just my OPINION.....you all have yours..... to be continued .....

This post is meant to show my respect and tribute to one of the greatest technical wrestlers in WWE.This guy was my hero...Chris Benoit..one of the best technical wrestlers,people diss him on his personal life but it was not his actions outside the ring that mattered,his extreme performances,his appearances,his electricity whenever he stepped in the wrestling ring...that's all that mattered.He loved the fans and the fans loved him too....Chris...you will never be forgotten...R.I.P Chris Benoit.. 1967-2007

YUP! Life may be a stuck up ***** at times...we just don't love doing things we hate..The monotony of life day in and day out..that just ****..but hey!
